Final contents

This is my final contents, I have used a black background to keep with my consistent house style and also because I think it links with disco being in dark clubs with only the bright lights showing up. I have the title contents at the top written a little bit differently as to entice my audience and be a bit eye catching. I have then put a huge 'M' which stands for MISCO behind that to constantly remind the reader of the magazine they are reading, this could make the magazines name stick in their head therefor increasing the popularity of my magazine, I have also put the name of my magazine at the top of the page, for the same reasons. I have included a large picture of some legs with roller skates on which links to my genre as roller skates were a big fashion statement in disco, they are bright white which stands out on the black background. Above that picture I have put in a bright pink banner with some extra pictures on to make the contents page look more full and exciting, i kept it quite simple as I didn't want the page to look overcrowded and wrote 'Learn how to be disco!', I thought this would make the reader interested therefor making them read on and buy the magazine. At the right hand side of the page I have included all the features of my magazine, to make it look as real as possible I have included 99 pages which a normal magazine would probably have. I thought of things that related to Disco and would also entice the audience such as 'Exclusive interview with Kylie Minogue', I used the word 'exclusive' because I thought this would make the reader feel involved with the magazine and like they are finding out some secret information if they buy the magazine. Lastly I included an editors note in which I spoke informatively and spoke directly to the audience which I thought might make the feel comfortable and make their reading experience more enjoyable.
